FAQ's
WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE OF THE CLASS?
This class takes place across one day, between 9.30 - 17.30 with an hour for lunch. We will begin by taking measurements with assistance from fellow students or the teacher. Following this, we will proceed to creating our own toiles with guidance and support from the teacher. Once the block is made seam allowance will be added and the toile made. You can work at your own pace and benefit from individual attention and support.
WILL I HAVE THE PERFECT FITTING TOILE BY THE END OF THE CLASS?
You will leave this class with one completed toile but it can take several attempts to create one that fits perfectly. This class will equip you with the skills needed to continue tweaking and adjusting your pattern at home to get the fit perfect. In case you need further assistance in the future, you’re welcome to join our weekly Sew Your Own Way to receive individual advice and guidance from our experienced teachers.
