What happens at this event?
We designed these dungarees at the very beginning of Make Mee Studio, inspired by a vintage pattern co-founder Tracey had since she was a child (and made for herself when she was 10 years old!) They have been a mainstay on the children's project board ever since. To say they have stood the test of time would be an understatement!
The great thing about these dungarees is that they are comfy, practical, fun to wear, fun to make, look great on all expressions of gender and teach you some really fun making skills! (Hammers at the ready!) Oh…
FAQ's
To get the most out of the class we recommend that you attend every week however we understand that things crop up. We offer 1 catch up session during our Sewcial class which runs on a Tuesday morning or a Thursday evening fortnightly.
All the roads around the library are free to park on.
We like to keep our classes small so that everyone has enough teacher time. We generally have a maximum of 8. If there are more people wanting to join the class then we will have 2 teachers to make sure everyone still has enough teacher time.
Yes, we have everything that you need but feel free to bring in your own machine and equipment.

Ani is an amazing instructor, super patient, kind, knowledgable and creative!! I 100% recommend this course to anyone (if you are new to sewing or more experienced, there is a place for both).

I have done two courses (top & trousers and dungarees) with Make mee and have loved both. Great patterns, instructions and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!
